Parkers Hill was part of Richard Cooke Jr's 1714 Land Grant.  this 100 Wooded Acre parcel has been developed into a Rural Preseervation District which provides for 50% of the tract to be preserved from future development while the remaing 50% is developed into a Rural Preservation Neighborhood.  this Preservation Area is for the passive enjoyment of the property owners living in Parkers Hill. 

Rural Preservation Districts in Goochland County were created in the year 2001 to provide for quality development while at the same time promotes and encourages the preservation of Goochland County.  As a result, these neighborhoods have been a highly desirable place to live and we hope you too enjoy your stay here.
